August 3 Reunion Update

Thank you for registering! Below is the attached info for this weekends reunion Saturday August 7, 2010.

****It looks like we are still going to be short of our expected numbers but hoping there will be a large number of walk-ins. As a Promo to all those who registered upfront we are offering ONE free alchohol drink at the dinner to any currently registered classmates that sign up a spouse/guest or get a classmate to sign up between today and Friday! (ONE free drink per Spouse/guest or Classmate you get to attend ) Just send an e-mail to ghs90reunion@comcast.net with your registration info on the Spouse/guest or the name of the classmate you were able to get to come**** We will give you your drink tickets when you sign in at dinner.

PICNIC- 11-3pm

The GHS 20 year reunion picnic will be at Smokey Glen Farm at THE GROVE site from 11am-3pm (Aug 7th). We will have some blue & gold balloons and some signs to help you locate it (there are FIVE sites at Smokey Glen Farm).

We will have a moonbounce from 11:30am-1:30pm for the children and we will have FIELD GAMES (with facilitators) for all (Adults & Children) from 1:30pm-2:30pm. This is in addition to the many all the excellent facilities and activities available: playground, sandbox, horseshoe pits, tetherball, volleyball courts, 9 hole mini-golf course and a softball diamond (you must bring your own gloves).
KIDS- Ages 2 and under are FREE.
We'll have plenty of covered shelters and the main picnic area is largely shaded with large trees.
The hot food will be served 12pm-2pm, and that is a combination Chicken & Ham Buffet. This will also include potato salad, Chilled fruit salad, italian style pasta salad, baked beans, tossed salad, Utz potato chips, fresh bakery rolls (&butter) and Uncle Ralphs' Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookies.

The drinks are unlimited self-serve soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade and PROFESSIONALLY served budweiser, Miller Lite, O'douls (non-alcoholic) and White wine and will be available during the entire picnic.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED, sorry.
We will have a registration table for all of those who have pre-paid to get their wristbands and for those who haven't registered a chance to do so.

Reunion is located in Salons A-D
Sign in will start at 7pm and the cocktail hour features a large variety of hot dishes as well as a beautiful Fruit and Vegetable display. 8pm Dinner feautes stations of Chef carved Beef, Made to order Pasta and a seafood table to make any Marylander proud. 9pm We have a dessert buffet and coffee station. All night long 2-3 cash bars will be there to serve your every beverage need. We will also have mix of 80' and 90's music for your listening/dancing pleasure and a picture slide show submitted by various classmates.
